to Craftsman: How to Communicate in Today’s Ever Changing Market with

By far the best session in three years!” I wanted to take a moment to thank you for
your presentation at AFFLINK Summit. I believe that it was the best
presentation that I attended and certainly think it was of great value
to every member. I also wanted to remind you to send me a copy of the
Power point. Further to that, we have a Manager's meeting usually once
a year and I would be interested in contacting you once we finalize
the dates to see if you would make the same presentation to our managers.

you in L.A. in November, if not before. Hey Bryan, Sorry we didn't connect that next day.... staff called in sick with stomach bug that's been going around. In any event, news on the home front is very good. Up more than 25% at both clubs, with cancels down close to 10%. If all goes well, the need for staff assessments won't be needed as I'm about to keep a sales team for a full year at both clubs for the first time in a LONG LONG time. I'm also in the process of creating " lead sales reps" for both clubs that would report to me, but have more face time with their team. Some of the exec team is heading out to California for IHRSA conf. in a couple of weeks and I'm taking my sales team into the city for a seminar on "Building a Sales Driven Culture". Your kick in the butt and eye opening presentation over a year ago has really sparked us forward. Yours in fun and fitness,
